Pretty bad publicity, but good on Sir Richard for apologising publicly.

What the hell is a "sleep suit"?
I hope the security 'expert' has been fired or at least punished. Service personnel should be proud of their uniform that they have worked hard to gain the privilege to wear, and they should be entitled to travel in uniform especially on an airline from their own country. How one young lady in a uniform is seen as a threat is beyond me. Does that mean the hostesses and pilots are also a threat?

Sleep suit will be like airline PJ's. Sounds like it was a security guard at the airport.
