Jeez ykato do you camp by the airfield??? ;D Nice shots of the Iroquois by the way, sad to think they will be gone,at least in the RNZAF, one day.

Baz Just Lucky Sometimes they to fly over my Place on the way into the airport at times that I am able to get out to the airport(i.e Finished work or manage to spot them whilst i am in transit between work sites etc) and get some photos/video etc - Re: Sad to think etc - i Reckon - I'm Trying to get as Much photo's and video of the Iroquois as I Can before they do leave RNZAF Service So Hope They keep Coming as with the other RNZAF Aircraft also.

Jsad to think they will be gone,at least in the RNZAF, one day. All the hours of work I put into them 15 years ago, you'd at least think they'd keep them for another 20-30 years

we mite as well call hamilton airport another unofficial airforce base. with the helicopters always having to call in for at least a refuel between ohakea and whenuapai. will be interesting to see if the a-109s and the nh-90s will continue to do the same? i certainly hope so,even if the toilets at the firestation are forever getting a good workout from 3 squadron,they must no when the cleaner comes coz they always arrive just after shes been!!! UR ALWAYS WELCOME TEAM!!
