Hello
I made researches for 1 Ju 88 German’s aircraft shot down in the outskirts of Lorient (South of Brittany, France) on the 6 June 1944 by twelve aircrafts of the 165th Squadron, RAF Predannack.
On the return to base, F/L Clouston’s aircraft was damaged; he was compelled to bale out two miles west of Trégastel on the mouth of Morlaix estuary (North Brittany).
Killed on the 21 June 1944 when the vehicle he was in, was shot up by allied fighters whilst being transported to a POW Camp.
Buried in the Communal Cemetery (Pont-Du-Cens) , Nantes.
I would like to contact a family member.
