A Navy investigation is under way after an incident which put several military personnel in danger in the Tasman Sea.
An inflatable boat from the HMNZS Canterbury was partially swamped by a large swell while transferring four Australian soldiers to an Australian amphibious ship.
The Navy says five personnel went into the water, but no one was seriously injured. It says the soldiers were later returned to their vessel.
Hmmm, generally if I were a grunt I would be very nervous being deployed by Ships boat from Canterbury - they obviously still havent got it right yet....
