This is a fairly well known photo of an RNZAF Walrus that was based at Hobsonville with the Flying Boat conversion flight. I decided it might look nice with a bit of colour, so here is a Photoshopped version. I hope you like it.

Here's another colourisation artwork for you Zac. Just think in a few years time we will see one of these actually roll out of the Wigram workshops, that will be so cool!

Thanks Joe. But it's a Vildebeest. Vildes all had a NZ1xx serial, and Vincents NZ3xx serial. This is one of the first batch of 12 bought in 1935.

You must have done quite a few of these colourisations now Dave, do they warrant being placed in their own thread somewhere? I love looking at them as I am sure others do too. They would make great Christmas cards, coasters, posters, tea towels, etc

Someone in China has probably already stolen the images and are producing the coasters, posters, tea towels as we speak...
