Police are appealing for information about the theft of three medals from a Vietnam War veteran earlier this month.
Almost $30 worth of coins was taken along with the three NZ Army Vietnam War medals from Ted Gordon's caravan in Owaka on Thursday, December 8 between 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
Police would like to hear from anyone who has been offered the medals, which have the victim's name engraved on the back or side.
