It might pay to call ahead on a Friday afternoon just to make sure someone will be there. They have a small charge to go in there these days to help pay for the excellent musuem facilities by the way.

So they did the roll-under break way back then! I was born the following year and Dad was based at Ohakea for the next 4 years. Some of my earliest memories was the sight and sound of Vampires and Canberras

You can buy that film on the DVD called Classic New Zealand Aviation, made by transpressNZ and distributed by Silver and Ballard. The Warehouse stocked it for many years. Costs about $5.00 there.
