Very true Phil. I never knew they even operated Skyhawks.

They'd be much rarer than hens teeth wouldn't they. If you could fid one then it'd be what as rare as a airworthy Mosquito or rarer??? Methinks Baz meant RAN and its a typo

Always puzzles me how we operated twice as many Skyhawks as the Aussies, for twice as long, in cooler colour schemes, doing cooler things with them, yet for some reason the RAN still gets more attention around the world when it comes to things like this. It's similar in the modelling world.

Maybe it's because they had aircraft carriers? Not sure though.

The RAN operated 20 Skyhawks all up (but did loose half of them) and did have some interesting colour schemes. Anyone who flew on and off the Melbourne in A-4s had big balls in my opinion!

Hi Don, SKYHAWKS A great Book, Thank you very much, go's hand in hand with Tommy H Thomason's book 'SCOOTER!', course the Virtavia FSX simulator model is brilliant.
