Because at this time it is only on loan from Canada, and is intended to eventually return there.

So - approx 30,0000 man hours over 14 years, plus numerous parts from Museum stores for an aircraft that is on loan? Not belittling the standard of the restoration at all, but is this a good use of the museum's limited resources?

Obviously another trip to Wigram is well overdue & not to long away I reckon. I was in the UK about 18 months ago & Hendon had just sent the Typhoon to Canada. I'd hate for lightning to strike twice. Steve.
