Isn't it amazing that two of Johnny Houlton's personal aircraft, MH350 and ML407, both survive today. I know Johnny went to the UK a couple of times to be reunited with ML407 but I wonder if he was aware that his MH350 was also still around, in the museum at Bodo in Norway.
Are there any other fighter aces from WWII whom two or more of their own personal aircraft still exist?

Yes it was quite amazing to see these two Squadron mates flying together in their respective markings on the 6th of June as they did in 1944. You ask an interesting question Dave and it must be a rare aircraft indeed that is still flying or even still exists that was flown by an ace.

MK732 was flying with ML407 on D Day with the squadron and it still flies today. Was MH350 also there with No. 485 Squadron?
