My best mate Mike Cater has been unpacking some boxes of old stuff from his childhood and sen me this, saying: "Hey mate - I was just 'unpacking' and found this poster which was my pride and joy on my bedroom wall before I went to Bahrain - so when I was 5 or 6! Still in near perfect nick. Thought it may or may not be of interest to folk on your forum." I reckon that is pretty neat.

I recognise the DC-3, DH89 Dragon Rapide, Boeing 747, Handley Page HP.42, Armstrong Whitworth Argosy (I had no idea they flew them!!) and is that a Lockheed 14 and a Short Solent in the second column from the left?

The poster seems to be part of the kit of a junior flyers club, there was a badge, and a log book too. isc

Have you got the badge and the logbook Mike? No, I haven't. But I imagine it would have been one of these clubs "BA -Flightrider". I was a member of Gulf Air's Young Falcons Club, and we also had a log book, t-shirts etc. That would have been from the mid 80's onwards.
