They mostly appear to relate to the introduction of Part 102 which will make the UAV operators happy.
One does wonder. will they be resourced to enforce the new rules, the audits of the current regs, often resemble visits from the blind mice.
Still can't buy a standard liferaft that meets part 91 (only been that way for 24 amendments).

Yes, I think you are onto it there. Part 47 caught my eye and I was hopeful that they may have caught up with reality. I was disappointed to see it was just a minor one about UAV's.
I have been noticing a trend, particularly with the homebuilts and lighter machines, very few seem to comply 100% with the current rule. I would have thought there could have been a little more thought put into a rewrite of the whole part.
