I see that Qantas boss Alan Joyce, who became famous as the man that ran the airline into MASSIVE debt and woe and doom not that long ago, has apparently turned the fortunes of the company around now and as a consequence had a massive pay rise, by nearly 300%. He's now earning A$12 million per annum. Wow!
It seems so strange how shareholders and the company retained enough faith in the guy for him to continue in the role in the first place, and then to battle out of debt and into massive profit. Do I smell a massive fiddle here? Probably. Someone must have gotten screwed over somewhere.

I see that Qantas boss Alan Joyce <snip> is now paid A$12 million per annum. Wow! How much you earn is a matter of conjecture. How much you are paid is a matter of fact. The two might be (and frequently are) quite different!
