I was at PTS when this was filmed, in fact I am one of the guys pushing the hangar doors open.

Have watched that several times over the years and just done so again.
What I enjoy most is the honesty and the comments that have always stayed with me are when "McBill" talks about the stall turn that hangs followed by the 270 degree roll on the down line with around 30ft to spare and having done low level stall turns with these guys I can only imagine the height loss as all of that was unfolding.

I watched this documentary so many times on VHS as a teen, it was this that really more than anything got me interested in the RNZAF. I still remember how exciting it was once I was in the Air Force to arrive at Wigram for the first time and see the PTS and CFS Airtrainers, like in the film.
