Given the current weather, it'd be wise to stay South.

One Tiger and one Gipsy just chugged out of the Southwest and into the Wairarapa - one yellow, one red - so I guess the third that was the original subject of this thread was BRM?
P'raps I should just shut up..................?

It's a beautiful day in both Wairarapa and Wellington today.
Perfect weather for Tiger Moth aeroplanes.

Seems the time for AGM's and antique aircraft gatherings - Antique Aircraft Assn here just had their big "do" at Echuca over the weekend.

Antique Aircraft Assn here just had their big "do" at Echuca over the weekend. Must try and come over for one of those. An Auster V which had new fabric due to hail damage (!!) and is back in her RAF markings missed out due to weather.....part of aviation for us little VFR guys.

Doug Hamilton's machine flown over by Mick Poole as Doug was at Temora for the showcase flying early on the Saturday morning. Doug was quite amused about the sight of Mick in the Ceres when he left Whrouly (Doug's private strip on his property). They are lovely aircraft. Doug took me for a ride in the back seat once and we did some 'ag' flying. A great experience with a great pilot. Hope to get it back to Temora and have it fly formation with the Wirraway.
