When anyone joins any/most forums one's often interrogated by the online registration system just to confirm their registration attempt is of "GENUINE" human intent and not just a bot/robot attack.
This's a standard procedure with all registrations at HJG/HISTORIC JETLINERS GROUP (which is an internationally respected FS website, and forum, I'm responsible for assisting the smooth running of) ....
I've just successfully registered at NZFF .... just waiting for their administrators to activate my a/c and which is standard on some forums.
No problems doing so .... other than my following observation in response to their "Prove You Are Human" (question) By Selecting the Most Commonly Used Abbreviation For Flight Simulator 10".
The answer to which is "FSX" .... or course .... but .... in my case when I replied "FSX" in capital font (without the quotation marks) their system rejected my application saying I hadn't answered the question correctly.
So I re-answered the question .... stating "fsx" once again (without the quotation marks) .... but this time using lower case font and their system seems to have accepted my registration immediately.
SO THEN .... try typing "fsx" (again without the quotation marks) .... as opposed to "FSX" .... and you should be OK .... in so far as I can determine
