Seems a big effort to cart the rocket just the first 30,000 ft (even considering little atmosphere is above 30,000 ft).

Far from qualified to make this statement, there must some strength in the spar section in the central wing, lots of load going on in there!

My maths isn't that great but I think a 1/72 scale model would have a wingspan of about 1.6 meters. Does that sound right?

Hopefully, if each is manned by pilots then they will remember to make their turns in the same direction as each other! Errol
