Had a look in my book "NAC An Illustrated History of NZNAC 1947-1978" by Richard Waugh. The colour photos of the early NAC aircraft's colours and logos are similiar, but the Union Airways logos may be slightly different. My guess is that of the union airways winged logo, it's very likely the letters and circle are red with black outlines, the border around the box with "Union Airways" are red with a black outline, inside the circle and box is yellow or a gold colour. The wings are red with a black border.
And the royal mail crown logo are the same with the letters being red with a black outline, the crown frame is yellow or gold with a black outline, and the dark bits are likely to be red with a black outline.
I don't think the winged symbol on the Union Airways poster is the same, just different and only for the poster or on paper. The red colour would be the only colour that's similiar. Same thing for the baggage label.
