Interesting that the aircraft is described as "captured" - nothing could be further from the truth! But then this is the sort of rubbish caption we have to expect from the National Library of NZ - when I think about it, this is actually a fairly innocuous error compared to others we have had to digest. David, definitely a "war Prize" and not captured as the war had finished, apart from the formal surrender that occurred in September 1945
