Not a bad model, its injection moulding...however needs to be treated like a vacform it compares well with the two welsh freighters I have. I used an original subject, ex NZ5097, ZK-EPD in Hercules Airlines markings, based at Ardmore in the '80s. I think that this was the last B-170 flying in the world with Hawk Air in Canada in early 2000s Untitled by Harry Follas, on Flickr Untitled by Harry Follas, on Flickr

Nice job, Harry! Is the B170 available in other scales?

I believe Fly Models are working on one (slow gestation though). There is of course the old Airfix Superfreighter, but its long out of production. Lately there have been a few 1/144 models pop up though, theres a very detailed one (including cockpit detail) by Oz Mods an then there id F-Rsin and Welsh have recently re-released their 1/144 model B170 Mk31 as a resin kit (but expensive) Untitled by Harry Follas, on Flickr
