I think the RANHF Sea Venom has been out of commission for a while and last reports were that it would get taxiable, but I haven't heard any updates from them in a long time.

It looks like there has been some progress on this. Five aircraft are currently being auctioned by Liquid Assets in Australia. www.liquidassets.net.au/tenders-auctions/major-vintage-and-warbird-aircraft-auction/The Sea Fury is not included. I suspect that the various aircraft Steve Hart had were 'owned' by several different legal entities, and that at legal proceedings have concluded in regards to at least one of them.

Some of the collection have been sold recently, e.g. the T28 VH-ZSH has gone to a Caboolture airfield owner

It's nice to know something's happening after all these years. How wonderful it'd be to see the Yak-3 and Sea Fury fly again. Even better if they came back here!

No clue as to whether any even sold, the poster only said the figures. Very frustrating.

Think you would be wanting to get the Yak 3 for less than that........ don't think the engine was inhibited but may be wrong.

I think the Yak 3 has gone to South Africa.
Stu Davidson, who used to own Yak 3 C/N 470103 which is now N42YK with Gerry Yagen, has sourced a replacement 'from Australia'.

Darwin-based WIX forum member OZFURYFAN said that the Fury was sold to an Australian who will have it fly again. Good news.
