ZK-JET L-29 based in Queenstown for Double X Aviation, and ZK-MAT/2 was done after the former owners son of Bayflight I've been lead to believe.

A PA-28-181 that I spent many enjoyable hours in:
ZK-NDA - Northland Districts Aero Club.
It was then re-registered as:
ZK-KCC - a sponsorship deal with a local radio station, KCC-FM. The aircraft was flown in a regular "Eye in the Sky" radio report.

I was the first person to ever fly zk-mum in New Zealand. It's in my logbook somewhere.

I always wondered what PTO stood for. Seriously Zac? A journalist who didn't know what this literary acronym meant? I liked it - cryptically clever

I've not a clue what SMB on the Partenavia stands for in Kiwi land, but here its the universal abbreviation for San Miguel Beer

Nice one Dave. And to think I worked on it, too! Points deducted from my sheet.

Given the Pitts was inverted a lot of the time, PTO was just right.
