Kiwi court-martialled for refusing to fight

A New Zealander, Malcolm Kendall-Smith, who is a Medical Officer in the RAF, and has been decorated for service in Afghanistan and two prvious tours in Iraq, is being Court Martialled for refusing to go back to Iraq. He claims it is an illegal war. This will be an interesting case to follow. It is the first such case of RAF personnel refusing to go to war in Iraq.
