Enjoying this thread, just wondered if any photos exist of the Fletchers that were in Solomons, eg H4-AAR #64, AAW #23, AAY #JAL-FU-8, AAZ JAL-FU-6, and VP-PAV #36, PAW #55. Think that they were operated by James Aviation over there for rice spraying ?

Interesting that ZK-EUF is still in Rowley Aviation colours, having been sold by them in 1993.

Great photos, especially the 2nd shot of EUF, it makes the statment "she's FULL" These guys seem to run with the oleos quite hard, at least the flaps won't sink down onto the mud-guards of the loader. Some-one a while ago was asking which side a dual control is flown from the cockpit shot shows this well

Tjhe Pilot of EUF is David Evans who works for Aerial Sowing and by the look of the area looks like Canterbury

DBZ Hokitika 1981 J Slocombe. JAB Rotorua about 1980. No idea what rego of one in background, or why I didn't take a photo of it at the time. More interest in helicopters in those days perhaps.

Probably CBA in the background,it was a long term resident at Rotorua through the '80's.

Id say it is CBA aswell, before Superair purchased it and then went to Tauranga flying with Derek Williams piloting it, theres a photo of it knocking around on airliners.net somewhere? Not sure who the pilot was with it with Robertsons That is the first 954 James fletcher ive ever seen, thanks for sharing those old pics.
cheers.
