Passed away 2 July 2021 in Sandgate, Brisbane QLD. Described by Dennis Eagle as "Another proud RNZAF person on his last flight. He was one of our GSI's in64. A great man." NB: No mention of a service.

For BES 19 (1962), Dave Burson was greatly appreciated as one of the best. His voice may still be heard echoing around Rainbow Valley.

ACW (RTD) Te Uta "Bubs" Hibbard Nee Murphy-Peehi E81585 RNZAF 21 January 1964 to 28 May 1968 On 28 June 2021 at Whanganui Hospital aged 78. No funeral details at this time. Bubs was an incredible baskeballer and coach, she represented the AF and Combined services in NZ back in the 60s. A wonderful mother, granma, administrator and mentor to many.

Dearly loved husband of the late Elaine. A loved father and father-in- law of Jeff and Shirley, Barry and Lyn, grandfather of Philippa, Nicola, Becky, Leigh, Claire and Gareth and great grandfather of six. A service for John will be held at the Te Puke Methodist Church, cnr Oroua St and Jellicoe St, Te Puke on Friday 9 July at 11.00am thereafter private cremation. CREEDON, Peter. Arrived December 27 1934, departed peacefully on June 30, 2021 at 86 years. Much loved husband to Monica, wonderful father to Nicki and Jane; beloved Poppi to Daniel and Preston. Peter had an absolute passion for flying everything from Tiger Moths, Chipmunks, DC3, Fokker Friendship, B737 & B767. Not only a much loved Husband, Father and Poppi, also a well respected Captain and colleague. Fly high Peter, you will be missed so much. A service for Peter will be held at Romaleigh, 31 Ocean View Road, Northcote, Friday 9 July at 2pm.

Capt. Barry Mcalley - GA Engineer and Pilot NAC/AirNZ
MCALLEY, Barry Neville. 81, passed away peacefully at Totara Hospice, surrounded by his family, on 9 July 2021 after a short illness. Much loved husband of Barbara, father of Carolyn, Sarah and Ian. Grandad of Nisha, Georgina and Louisa and brother of David, John and Roger. He will be forever in our hearts, flying free now with the sun on his wings.
A celebration of Barry's life will be held on Friday, 16 July, 11:00am at NZ Warbirds, Hangar 2, 824 Harvard Lane, Ardmore Airfield, Papakura (please enter via the side of the hangar off de Havilland Lane.
We advise to wear warm clothing.
In lieu of flowers, please feel free to make donations to Totara Hospice as a sign of appreciation for the wonderful care they provided to Barry on his final approach.

SHAW, Alan William (Bill): Peacefully on Sunday, 11 July 2021, at Summerset in the Vines, Havelock North, aged 83 years. Dearly beloved husband and best friend to Heather. Loved brother of the late Catherine and Rosemary. Adored uncle of the late William, Charles and Julia. Brother-in-law to Robin and Margaret Angus, and friend to so many. W/O (RTD) Alan (RED) McClelland D81009 SDRVR RNZAF 9 January 1963 to 5 May 1986. Red served in Singapore May 1982 to May 1984 attached to 10 TPT Company. Passed away peacefully at home. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Danae. Much loved stepdad, grandad and great grandad. Youngest brother of Alec and David (Spanners). Will be so missed by us all. Special thanks to his Oncology team, hospice, St John and district nurses. We could not have coped without your support.
Funeral is 1pm Friday at Waihi Beach RSA.
