Is there anyone out there that would like to help revive the NZ-Serials website. To see what's there go to www.nzdf-serials.co.nz/nz-serials/nzaircraft.htmMost of it is still there but in need of a good updating. I have located the images up to 2004 and when time permits I will creat a New Zealand image gallery and upload them. The Aussie side of things keeps me busy enough so I really need a hand if NZ-Serials is to return.

I have made a start on the New Zealand aircraft image gallery. It's still at an early stage and I have a lot of editing into sub-albums and adding links to the aircraft data pages so it is more like the Australian equivalent. (We currently have 13,868 images of 2,536 different aircraft of 161 types.) www.adf-gallery.com.au/gallery/New-ZealandOf course all contributions and or permissions to use photos of New Zealand aircraft would be most welcome

Hi Martin. Have just taken a run through the photos, The one of NZ50 listed as a Gloster Grebe looks to me more like a Hawker Tomtit. The one of Grebe NZ501 is definitely a Grebe.

Thanks for your efforts Martin, it is appreciate by many here I'm sure. The site is a really great resource for research and simply checking facts or getting a starting point. Ivan put in a lot of work in the olden days and it's good to know it will be carried on. So who is officially taking over the kiwi section? Camtech?
I'm sure many here will support the new guy with any info and corrections that turn up like we used to with Ivan when he was active here on the forum.

The picture of NZ553 is labelled as a DH89 Dragon Rapide, but is actually a DH86 Express

Is Ivan Prince still about then? He used to be a regular poster here on the forum but seemed to disappear.

Thats a really good job. Well done. One small correction. Photo of RNZAF Museum's Avenger the caption should read NZ2504 as NZ2521 not NZ2505. NZ2505 is still owned by the Museum but is on loan with the Gisborne Aircraft Preservation Society (I thinks thats what its called.

Hey gang.
I have just sent through an initial contribution for our European Section. This is covering the Beaufort, Blenheim and Lincoln. I know that I don't have all the serials for the Blenheims so if you can assist let us know.
Also - anyone with images of the above aircraft that you are willing to share with us please do.
I am compiling a list of Wellington's now and loving the chance to contribute to a fantastic web site.
