I am interested to know how many of New Zealand's aces are stil alive. I have been through the list, and those whom's I'm fairly sure are still with us are:
Geoff Fisken Jack Rae Warren Schrader Jack Stafford Harvey Sweetman
I'm also interested to know if these men are also still with us - does anyone here know please?

as far as I know the following are still alive Stan Browne (but he is not in good health) Owen Hardy Keith lawrence (He lives in England but I was lucky enough to spend quite a bit of time with him in Malta a couple of years ago) Jim Sheddan Alan Peart (I am helping him publish his Memoirs at the moment and they are expected to be released quite soon - get a copy - he had some most remarkable experiences - a teriffic man) I also think Guy Newton is still alive - he lives in melbourne.
Interestingly there are still a handful of NZ Battle of Britain pilots still alive - I spent some time with John Paterson a few weeks back and he is in excellent shape - for a while he was the CO of 485
