Sam, good to see your pics from hood Aerodrome, they are great; in tricky conditions too. my first look at the snipe in the air. Also very pleasing to see Masterton, featuring these aircraft; puts it on the map as an attraction, not just because its18 miles from Mt Bruce wildlife centre. The Wairarapa is still much underated in terms of tourisim.

That is certainly an impressive flight line there. Nice smooth tracking shot too Allan. What was your 'camera ship' for that?

Thanks for that Allan, great videos, and really brings home what a world-class collection this has become. Amazing to be able to see them all flying, right here in NZ.
I have to get down there ...

Some great footage there, thanks Allan. Quite an amazing line up when you take a drive past like that, very cool indeed.
Interesting to hear the Snipe flying it must have a more controllable throttle set up as not a lot of blipping going on.
Finally got the see the Snipe at the weekend, it is an amazing looking aeroplane and a huge achievement. Always hoped that TVAL would build one, impressive and imposing looking machine.

That is certainly an impressive flight line there. And it's only going to get more impressive. 3 more from TVAL have been registered in the last week or so. The other Fokker DVIII, another Albatros DVa and a R.A.F. RE8. Also of note to WW1 aircraft fans is Graham Orphan's Nieuport N.11 which was also registered.
