Still no luck tracking down a prop. 2 months advertising in Aviation trader and only 1 response (unfortunately unsuitable).
Had a crack (an unfortunate choice of words) at doing the screens today with a couple of heat guns. Thought I had a successful result until I tried to fit it to the rail where upon the bloody thing cracked down the middle!#@!^%$# I have now resorted to cold bending Lexan (the down side to Lexan is it is more prone to scratching but at least it wont break) It is working fine for the front screen as it is not a 3d curve but not sure how I will get it to work on the side windows.....
