So would I be correct in saying that it is only those 2 latches holding the front swing clamshell doors closed and locked

Nope.
There are 4 flush latches (the silver panels) as well as the extra 2 external ones. Keeping the doors shut is pretty important, the main gyro is in one of the doors so if you open a door while the aircraft is running it'll try and realign itself to the gyro. One of the latches popping open in flight usually means a landing somewhere to resecure it ASAP.

Great managed to lose the Memory card with as above & all close up & arrival Pics so will only be posting engine run & departure pics so if anyone finds a Brand new 16bg Polaroid sdhc it has some cool seasprite pics on it.

What is it that the navy does that requires such a complicated and expensive machine? How do you know it is complicated ?? do you have experience with complicated choppers. Expensive, against what a R22 ? Try buying a brand new SeaHawk. It is a Helicopter that has been designed to work at sea on ships. Not any helicopter can do that. And if you keep lurking this site in the future, you might see us buying more.............
