Now the fun starts. Just a few things like final assembly, retract tests, fuel calibration, final system checks, compass swing and as they say, when the weight of the paperwork exceeds the max gross take off weight, the aircraft is ready to fly. The Avspecs team have done marvels with this one following on from Glyn's craftsmanship. This is the most anticipated warbird first flight anywhere in the world in the last thirty years and the Avspecs team needs space to finalise the mammoth work still ahead. Hope everyone respects that for the next month or so.

I looked at the CAA website for a rego but it's not done yet.
I know there must be a lot to be done, it seems odd to paint first. But I'm definitely not complaining!
