Looks like Honolulu for fuel & maccas. So i suppose in about 7 hours time we can check to see if the next leg is on the flightaware.

Looks like she has called into Auckland International Airport this morning around 9:30am, yet to fly the leg to Christchurch. flightaware.com/live/flight/NASA747Keep watching... I have another mission this morning being Sunday and my turn this month... |

It would be good if they had an open day. Its not really worth a 5 hour drive to just look over the fence.

Well hope they bought their winter gear and wet weather gear. It's blardy cold and wet. Somebody better tell Nicky Hager that it is a secret listening post for the NSA and ties into Echelon so that PRISM can access all the NZ phone email radio typewriter and internet metadata that the GCSB haven't got yet. It also has a very good chem trail dispersion system on board that has recently been upgraded.

No you're correct Dave, it is shorter than the normal 747  It's actually a 747SP I believe, which is shorter and has a bigger tailplane. |
