It seems to me that oddly both the FlyPast and the WIX forums have crashed, within minutes of each other. Is this just me, or can others not get in there either?
I wonder if this is Crazymainer's revenge. ;D

WIX is up and down like a bleedin yoyo at the moment. At least Flypast is consistently crashed!
Come one, come all Flypasters and Wixers. You're more than welcome to talk about aircraft here.

Yup...WIX is back down again! I wonder if the WIX and FP have cross-pollinated so often..that they haven't got some kind of virus? Bring your "Wellies"...practice safe forum at all times!!! I wandered around the new surroundings a bit..and was "tickled" by the Valley of the Merlins. Farmers using Merlins to blow the frost from the groves!!! What a sweet sound...Merlin farm implements!

Great spot you have here Dave...yer on my favorites list right next to the other 2. I don't have a great deal of education about New Zealand aviation..but I'm sure you fellas can point me in the right direction!! Thanx again.. Jim

Where's this valley of the merlins (thread?) airnutz is referring to? What he says reminds of a couple of nights on Palliser Estate at Martinborough - helicopters through the night beating frost away. What a racket!

The Valley of the Merlins Thread is in the Postwar RNZAF Section, the Thread is about Postwar aircraft disposal sites. Cheers,
