I took some photos of one of these replica aircraft at Masterton last Easter. I note that this one has a dual identity - A-8411 1-F-10 and A-5413 1-F-13. Presumably this was done for use during the film. I understand that there were two built - anyone know the current location of the second one?

Really nice replica that. Two were built, Alex Mitchell did a nice feature in Wings a while back and his photos from that are on the site here somewhere. One was to go to Omaka's new museum opening in a few weeks. The other I don't know, but I did read lots from Americans saying it should go to the Smithsonian or somewhere. If I was PJ I'd hang it from my bedroom ceiling!
He's probably not in the best mood this week after losing The Hobbit and its sequel film to another director, especially after the problems with Halo. I hope The Dambusters goes more smoothly for the Weta crew.
