As the thread title says, the Tiger Club annual fly-in & AGM is in Dannevirke this year. Tiger Moths of all shapes and sizes attended. TVAL sent their entire Tiger Moth fleet. The Griffin Ag Air Tiger Moth looked heavily pregnant. I suspect it won't be long before she has lots of little caterpillars. Which is ironic, considering what her day job is. This Tiger Moth was built in North America. I don't want to perpetuate a stereotype, but this Tiger Moth was fatter than all of the others. The lack of lower wings was also quite concerning, I guess they must use a mobility scooter to get around Walmart. There was also a Chinese Tiger Moth in attendance. Like many Chinese knock-offs, this bootleg copy wasn't quite right. The obvious problems are the missing upper wing, and that the tailskid has been replaced with a wheel - which is in the wrong place! Others in attendance were: ZK-AJP, ZK-AON, ZK-BAH, ZK-BAL, ZK-BEC, ZK-BEF, ZK-BFF, ZK-BJQ, ZK-BLI, ZK-BMY & ZK-CCQ.

A wonderful selection of Tiger Moths, thanks for sharing Brett. Nice to see the whole TVAL fleet of the type made it there, likewise the other variants. That Chinese one sure is a real bastardization of the design!
