They won't get the rights to do that surely, for two reasons. If anything goes wrong it'd going to be too difficult to get rescue services to a crash site. And if the conspiracy theorists are to be believed (which I don't) the world governments don't allow flight over Antarctica because of the top secret Nazi/alien bases down there....
