50 years ago Kiwi pilot Cliff Tait was flying around the world in a New Zealand-built AESL Airtourer 115 "Miss Jacy".
The aircraft is now an exhibit at the Museum of Transport and Technology and from the 17th of May they will have a special exhibition on Cliff and the flight at MOTAT.
Also Cliff emailed to say, "All members invited to MOTAT on 1st August to commemorate 50th anniversary of Flight of the Kiwi. cliff."
