Anyone happen to have a run of Aeroplane magazine for this period that they are willing to dispose of?
Cheers, Errol

Hi Errol
I may have access to some - will be able to check later in the week. If I do I could bring them down to Christchurch when attending the WONZ forum meeting. Peter

That's fine. That will save my bringing them down in my carry on luggage. While I have you on the line - who do you consider was the first woman to fly a glider in New Zealand. I have two names under review being Miss M (name??) Mitchell and Mrs Maude Jonassen with, I think, both being in 1912.

Hi Errol,
I would actually hold off on confirming that I can get the magazines to you. While I have them recorded as being in storage, I haven't actually laid eyes on them for a few years. It will take me a few days to retrieve them, so if Peter can check the availability of other copies that would seem a sensible precaution.
Sorry to muck you around, but until I have them to hand I am not 100% certain I can deliver.
Cheers,
Brett

In light of Brett's comment I will still look on Friday for those magazines.

Hi Errol
I appear to have all but March 2014 available and will look for the index on Sunday which I presume is in either the December 2013 or Janauary 2014 issue. Peter

Peter Peter, Brett confirms to me now that he does not have any of the print editions for the period, so I would be happy to take up your offer. He can provide a digital copy of the March 2014 issue, so that'll have to do for that one meanwhile. I don't think the indices were ever published as part of the mag, one had to purchase them separately. If I don't make it to the WONZ meeting on the 1st please leave the mags in care of Ron Ark. Cheers, Errol

Thanks Errol - will do. I didn't make it to Classic Flyers today but should do by Friday latest and round the mags up for Ron Ark in need.
