No I do not have a copy of the RNZAF Accident Report, but I do have hand written notes taken from it. You can look these accidents up yourself at Archives NZ (Wellington) when this Corovirus flap has quietened down, would be best to order it in advance by e-mail or phone, File number is Air 25/2/43 (first accident, at Opotiki 1/4/40, F/O J A Kirkcaldie), and Air 25/2/840 (second accident, at Taupo 1/2/43, F/L E L Page). I do not know if a copy of the 1947 wheels-up landing at Rongotai in the guise of ZK-AJS still survives, but if it does it won't be a very thick one, as I am fairly certain this was a "finger trouble" incident. The File number will appear in your list of civil air accidents, as I have a copy of this list also. David D
