Does anyone have any information on Flying Officer William John Farr - known as Jack - NZ427788?
I am told he flew Ansons, Wellingtons, Stirlings and Lancasters. He and the crew were all badly wounded by night fighters over Dortmund but he managed to get the aeroplane back to England. Not sure of that date, this is info I have been told by my friend who has asked me to look into this.

He embarked on the Monticello on 1 Apr 43 for Canada to undertake further training there and, presumably, later crossed the Atlantic and was attached to the RAF. Errol
