Some of you may have noticed that recent show pages on the Wings Over New Zealand Show site have had their photos squished up. It took a while to work it out but it seems the "Atuhualpa" Theme that I use on Wordpress, which hosts the pages, is no longer supported and updated. So when Wordpress updates, some of the functions in the Atahualpa Theme no longer work properly. My site was set up by Grant McHerron and he used to iron out all the problems like this for me over the years, as he is a whizz at Wordpress. But now he's too busy with ADF defence work to be able to devote the time to help, sadly. He recommends I find a new Theme, one that is still supported and updated when Wordpress updates, and install that. However I've had a look around and am totally lost. I really do not quite understand how it is all done. I'd like to find a new Theme that looks as close to the old theme as possible - which looks like this: cambridgeairforce.org.nz/WONZShow/2020/12/wonz-230-harley-cadwallader/I think there is a lot of behind the scenes jiggery pokery needed to change a theme's colours and layout to suit. I am just not experienced at all with this, and I wonder is there anyone here who knows and uses and understands Wordpress who can please advise? or help? Or take the reins and fix it? Thanks all. Fingers crossed.
