Hi my partner is researching his grandfather (Charles Ivess) who was a member of the service unit for 30 squadron RNAF. We are based in the uk so unfortunately cant visit any NZ libraries but are very keen to get hold of tge following book:
The Avengers: Historical Record of No. 30 (Bomber) Squadron & Servicing Unit RNZAF 1943-1944 by Wally Ingham.
We have tried the email on cambridge airforce but it is no longer in use.

In fact I just spotted that he died six years ago today! Gosh the time has flown by. His address is still listed in the White Pages, so obviously a family member still resides there. I'd suggest you write them a letter or give the number a call and see if they still have any of his stock of unsold books. whitepages.co.nz/w/100614364/ |
