I see old mate in the right hand seat was filming on his phone... good one champ... Probably because the go pro mount keeps failing during landing, for an unknown reason....

That was a WW2 fighter-style approach but seriously behind the curve, at no stage was that anywhere near stabilised - even for a WW2 fighter

Wow! It will be interesting to see the ground-based video (if anyone has one).

I believe that airline has had at least a couple of runway excursions in the recent past. Easy to see why watching this.

Judging by the landing he made, I'm not sure that is accurate Ando.

This guy does a great review of the incident and you gain a better understanding of how they ended up like that.

Edit, nope it's a 737-200 Found a ground view of that landing (its not great), is that smoke from the wheel? That is not a ground view of that incident but from a different incident filmed in Indonesia (the witnesses are definitely speaking Indonesian) at Wamena Airport involving a different airline. The only thing the two clips have in common is that the aircraft involved were both 737-200's.

Looks like this aircraft (ex ZK-NGR) was one of the ~25 aircraft destroyed on the ground at Khartoum International Airport as a result of the fighting in Sudan.

There is fighting in Sudan? Another attempt to relieve General Gordon?
