Was there a B.G. Allnott serving with the RNZAF in WWII? Has anyone got details please?

I'm not so sure that there is such a surname as Allnott. Possibly you mean NZ414216 Brian Cleaver Allnatt who enlisted at Harewood as a Flight Rigger on 1 Aug 41? Errol

Aha! Thanks. That has to be him. The name came from a letter in a 1996 Wings magazine but I too couldn't find any trace of any Allnotts living or dead. Cheers Errol, I appreciate that.

The BDM page has his name as Bryan, rather than Brian.

Errol There's a Bryan (not Brian) Cleaver Allnatt on the AM Cenotaph Records here, and a death notice which mentions the Pacific theater here.

Yep that is him. He is Bryan on family tree sites too.
And now that I have the correct spelling I also find I actually had him in my records already, doh. But thanks for putting me straight Errol.

The BDM page has his name as Bryan, rather than Brian. Yes, Bryan is the correct spelling in Routine Orders as well. It was my keyboard that misspelt the name! Errol
