This should have been detected by the conveyor metal-detector, triggered an alarm and auto-stop of the conveyor, rather than just being "spotted by a staff member". Since it had already been shocked and tumbled during the mechanical harvesting without exploding, it hardly warranted the later attention. Someone should have just pocketed it as a souvenir and then taken it home in their lunch-box. Please let's not have any "woke" comment from the H&S brigade about "responsibilities".
