FNS Vendemiaire (F734) arrived Ports of Auckland Jul 13th,departing tomorrow Jul 15th, from/to Noumea. This answers a question from a few months ago... When was the last time a French warship visited!!

She regularly (ish) visits NZ as she is part of France's Pacific precences. A few years back she was here getting maintenance done... (maybe 2016 for that I can't remember) and takes part in "Exercise Southern Katipo"
The RNZN also regularly exercises with her in the Frence Exercise in New Caledonia (which I forget the name of at this point in time...
