Air Commodore Darryn Robert Webb. For services to the New Zealand Defence Force.
Air Commodore Darryn Webb has been part of the NZDF for 31 years.
Distinguished Service Decoration (DSD)
Wing Commander Richard Francis Deihl. For services to the New Zealand Defence Force.
Wing Commander Deihl joined the RNZAF in 1998.
These awards seem to be related leadership around the NZDF involvement in the Covid-19 MIQ facilities.

Oops. My mistake, I was flicking through several sources and must have got the wrong year at some point.
Captain Clark from the RNZN lead the Combined Task Force 150 in the Middle East on drug interdiction missions.
Serviceman L was in charge of the Special Operations Unit that deployed to Afghanistan to evacuate people when the Taliban retook control.
Sergeant Smith from the RNZAF was involved in the Frigate Systems Upgrade project working with international partners on the technical side of things.
