Having contributed to these before, they are a waste of time! The Government of the day determines the capability and funding.

The NZDF are going to have no one left to operate any of their kit anyway given the perilous state of their manning and high resignation rates. A very sad state of affairs.

They also provide the ‘enquiries@…’ email to submit further feedback etc.

Having just completed the survey, there is not much in it. not really having a say, more agreeing or disagreeing with a statement There's plenty of scope in the 'tell us why' sections that I certainly added quite a lot of comment to... get stuck in I say! |

An interesting way to gauge the feeling of those willing to respond (not necessarily the population as a whole, to be sure  ). ADF also dealing with low recruitment and high resignations. Interesting times ahead, especially given the Geo-Political world we live in these days. |
