Would this be the only aircraft operated by the RAAF to use Avgas now?

Yep, the Caribou is the last RAAF aircraft to use avgas - which I gather is another reason for their eventual demise from service.

I know of plug problems etc from talking with Andrew (Citabria), so that must be a pain in the bum in this day and age for an Air Force. I heard a story years ago of a bloke who was ferrying a light aircraft to Australia via Norfolk Island. When he got there to refuel he was met by a group of Caribou's which had just devoured the last of the Avgas on the ISland. Not a good day for the ferry pilot!
