Capt. Maurice McGreal "one pilots life" tell us the story of a new zealander who answered the call for King And Country and signed up for RAF on attachment and served in 490 (NZ) and 75 (NZ) squadrons for the full period of the war. In 1945 he returned to NZ and joined teal (air NZ) flying the flying boats Dc6s and the Lockheed Electra. Some great insight into very difficult landings at Whenuapai etc with a plane full of passengers! Easy reading with great photos..First published 1994
